ALL ROOMS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

✅ All ceiling fans are dusted

✅ Doors are dusted

✅ Blinds are dusted

✅ All light fixtures are dusted

✅ Window sills/lock switch ledges are dusted

✅ Electronics (dry-dusted)

✅ Furniture is dusted, wiped down as needed

✅ All decor, picture frames and shelves are dusted (cautiously underneath)

✅ All tables are dusted-wiped down according to material (glass, wood..)

✅ Mirrors are polished

✅ All floors are swept, vacuumed and mopped

✅ Carpet and rugs are vacuumed

✅ All beds are made with clean linens

✅ All bathrooms are staged with clean towels

✅ All rooms are staged (according to listing pictures)

✅ Trash removal

✅ All supplies are replenished as needed & according to guest preference

KITCHEN

✅ Front of cabinets are cleaned

✅ All countertops are wiped down

✅ Appliances are wiped down/cleaned

✅ Backsplash Is cleaned

✅ Inside and outside microwave cleaned

✅ Inside & outside of the oven cleaned

✅ Inside & outside of the fridge cleaned, polished as needed

✅ Stovetop Is cleaned & polished

✅ Vent hood dusted, wiped down and polished as needed

✅ Front of dishwasher wiped down, polished as needed

✅ Dishwasher empty out - dirty dishes are cleaned

✅ Inside of sink and faucet are cleaned, dried & polished
