If an item is damaged or broken during service, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or pre-existing conditions (e.g., a picture hanging insecurely on a wall).

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear that may be revealed during the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to, unsealed surfaces, loose grout, or improperly secured fixtures.

While we use industry-standard techniques, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, such as those caused by rust, hard water buildup, or lack of maintenance. Some stains may be permanent. 

This disclaimer applies only to the direct client. We are not responsible for claims or damages asserted by any third party present at the property during our service.

Clients are responsible for securing or putting away valuable, delicate, or antique items before our service. We are not liable for the loss of or damage to any unsecured personal property.

We are not responsible for damage caused by your equipment,  pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or settings. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches on improper sealed surfaces (wood floors, concrete floors), loose grout, or improperly secured equipment parts.

For the safety of your pets and our staff, we recommend securing all animals during our cleaning visit. We are not responsible for the care of pets left out.
